Broadway Tower

Broadway Tower is one of Portland’s newest mixed-use towers in the heart of downtown Portland. Over 484,000 square feet are spread over 19 stories, including an eight-story hotel and 175,000 square feet of office space. Parking and retail space sit on ground level and below. Many visitors to the site arrive via public transportation due to its proximity to the streetcar and light rail stops.

Knot Studio worked closely with GBD Architects to create a comprehensive interior and exterior identity and wayfinding program for Broadway Tower. Additionally, Knot Studio incorporated existing Radisson RED hotel-branded signs and graphics, including food and beverage facilities, into the programming and wayfinding. Knot Studio’s designs integrate spaces of varying uses in this multi-story tower while honoring the architectural intent.

Tenants such as Amazon and Markowitz Herbold PC anchor the commercial space of Broadway Tower.
